
Dr. Isaac Newman Arthur is the Medical Director and Clinical Health Psychologist at the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and currently serves as the Public Relations Officer of the Ghana Psychological Association (GPA). He is also an adjunct lecturer with the Family Health Medical School, Central University, and Daniel Institute (Accra), as well as an accredited supervisor for interns across multiple levels of mental health training. In addition, he provides consultancy services to a wide range of health facilities. With over 25 years of public speaking experience, Dr. Arthur has been a sought-after speaker at numerous conferences, delivering lectures and presentations for corporate bodies, religious organizations, and educational institutions. His work extends beyond academia and clinical practice into extensive media engagements and consistent mental health advocacy, both locally and internationally. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Arthur is a skilled creative, with interests in carpentry and graphic design, and serves as an itinerant minister supporting various religious organizations.
