Dr. Richmond Acquah-Coleman

Dr. Richmond Acquah-Coleman, PhD, CEAP, is the National President of the Ghana Psychological Association. He lectures in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the Department of Psychology, University of Ghana. He also directs THRIVE Wellbeing Institute, where he advises organisations on occupational mental health and employee wellbeing. His scholarly work centres on mental health and sustainable productivity at the workplace. His research also examines psychological determinants of agricultural innovation adoption among smallholder farmers in Ghana. Dr. Acquah-Coleman has consulted for Nestlé Ghana, Nestlé Central and West Africa, the Ghana Stock Exchange, the Chartered Institute of Bankers, and the Ghana Employers Association.
He is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
